We also transform community health through mobile phones.We train community health workers to assess the health of mothers and children with mobile phone apps and to treat common illnesses like pneumonia, malaria, and diarrhea. We also create predictive algorithms to make the best use of their time.And we test cool new tools like paperless referrals to clinics and biosensors to monitor infant and child growth.

Living Goods has a team of 180 employees in Uganda and will grow to 340 in the next four years. This year we will serve 6 million Ugandans. In four years we’ll serve 15 million. A team with a steadfast commitment to key performance indicators, quality services, reliable last mile distribution of essential medicines and products, compliance, accountability and excellence in implementing new initiatives. And like every great team, our field operations team in Uganda needs a great leader.
That’s why we’ve created a Deputy Director for Field Operations role in Uganda. We’re looking for someone who can lead and grow the Field Operations Team. Help Living Goods Regional Field Managers hone their knowledge and manage field staff. Find solutions to improve the impact of Living Goods interventions and help ensure that branch supply chain and accounting policies are followed.
